Surviving Summer as a Working Mom

— by

This week was the last week of school for my first grader. As the school year ends and summer begins, moms often find themselves trying to do all our typical wife/mom/employee duties while also making sure our children have fun during their break, maintain their knowledge gained throughout the school year, are cared for while we’re at work, and so much more. It can be a daunting, stressful time for mamas.

As a working mom, one of the most important summer tasks was to line up childcare for my school-aged child. I started booking summer camps at the beginning of February! Surviving summer break for working mothers requires lots of pre-planning, schedule shuffling and coordination with friends, and the ever-changing opinions of your tiny humans.

In addition to summer camps and caregivers, we also plan beach trips, family fun days, and play dates. As a working mom, summer break adds an extra layer of complexity to our already chaotic lives. That’s why I created this free PDF just for you!

A Working Mama’s Guide to Surviving Summer will give you tips for bringing the fun while surviving the special schedule and circumstances of summer.  Click here to subscribe and download your free guide!
